2 weeks went by with no update to my status. i sent an online request to update the status. like most others here, i received an automated message and days went by with no actual response

I ordered 4/23. Still no tracking. Losers I guess. One and done with mfers like this.
What is wrong with people these days?

Same here! I ordered over a month ago and still haven’t received my package or a response from them.

I done contact d them 5 times and got no response. The only thing I got was a confirmation email after my purchase and there is no tracking # to track my package.

Before them I purchased from ERA paints LLC and I thought it took forever..I’ve done received 2 packages from them for the same order before AutomotiveTouch up sent 1. $200 wasted now I have to buy paint somewhere else because I can’t even get in touch with them to cancel my order.

That’s the last time I’ll ever purchase something from them. Not to mention, their shop is maybe 1 hour from my house.

Color did not match. No real tech support you can talk to.

I would stay away from this website. I have yet to received a reply regarding my order. Almost two weeks and it has not shipped yet.

I ordered touch up paint when the car new car arrived. About 16 months later I got my first scratch. After applying the paint it was obvious it was not a match. Brittany at Automotive Touchup asked for pictures, which I sent. She agreed it was a bad match, but that the company only guarantees color for six months, even though it was obviously a mislabled or incorrectly mixed bottle. This is a poor way to treat a three time customer.

This company has tanked! The paint I ordered didn’t match & I wrote their customer service many times but with no response whatsoever. Sad, they were a good company at one time & did a great job.

It’s been two months, and I still haven’t received my paint. Ended up selling the car, and I was hoping to detail it before selling, but the paint never showed up.

I needed 2010 Ford fusion tuxedo metallic black touch-up paint. I bought some on Amazon and it turned out purple. I went through this entire website and bought four different cans plus there handle I just spray cans plus the clear touch up and my car looks amazing. Great tips and great service shut up I'm coming home
